So much comes from the will to motivate yourself, as does the lack of it. At this point, I’m behind on this year’s training, partially due to the crappy weather we’ve been having and in part due my increased attendance at CrossFit.
I should be putting a larger focus on running but doing CrossFit workouts is what I have time for in the mornings and I plan on doing mostly that during the week with adding long runs on the weekends. My during the week schedule is lacking, for sure.
I’m not gonna blame crappy weather for me not running cause that’s my own damn fault. I know what I signed myself up for and need to just put my big boy pants on already.
